Technical Customer Support Coordinator
Rite-Hite Corporation, a leader in loading dock and industrial door solutions, is seeking a full-time Technical Support Coordinator/Applications Engineer for Rite-Hite Door, Inc. located in Dubuque, IA. The company is privately held and has a history of strong research and development leading to new high quality products that pioneer the industry.
This position will play an important role as a member of Rite-Hite Doors Inc. customer service team. Key responsibilities include providing technical training and assistance to customers to assure consistent installation, troubleshooting and support of engineered products in the field. This position works with engineering to improve quality and reduce the cost of current products. Some travel required.
Qualified candidates will possess an Associate's degree preferably in electronics or closely related field or equivalent education/experience. Computer skills necessary include Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and experience working with Manufacturing Systems highly desired. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Engineering Physics or Electro-mechanical engineering highly desired.
