Serves as liaison between Operations, Systems and Business to support unit's business needs through computer systems enhancements, policy administration rules, and/or production support issues. Represents user area in all systems enhancements/design activities. Gathers client requirements and communicates to systems personnel and/or Operations. This role participates on a variety of cross functional project teams. Reviews and documents the requirements of those projects. The incument analyzes those requirements in relation to project goals. Drawing on knowledge of systems development, user centered design, usability, industry best practices, regulatory matters, products and processes, the incumbent then purposes solutions and/or reviews proposed solutions to ensure the solution will meet project goals. This positions usually stresses knowledge of the business versus computer science. This position typically reports to the business area, not Systems or Operations knowledge of the system supported (including inputs, screens, process logic, and output as well as interface with the other systems) is required. Has one strong functional discipline and handles straightforward, well-contained business relationships with moderate-sized projects. 
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project delivery, business analysis and/or user acceptance testing & validation
- Experience working with Waterfall, Agile and other software development lifecycle methodologies preferred
- Background in Retirement, Insurance or Financial services preferred
- Experience leveraging tools for use case modeling and requirement mapping
- Demonstrated ability controlling requirements solicitation meetings involving multiple stakeholders audiences
- Process documentation & visualization experience (process mapping) preferred
- Experience guiding teams for creating details test scripts from business/functional requirements
- Ability to develop reporting, dashboards, metrics analysis, and experience with Microsoft Office and ServiceNow
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including issue management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and creative development of actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to communicate across multiple levels of an organization
